As residents of San Luis Obispo County, we are privileged to live in a vibrant coastal region with dynamic roads connecting us to work, school, friends, and our favorite places. But we must remember that our streets are shared spaces meant to be safe for everyone—motorists, pedestrians, cyclists, and all others. 

Every year, people are killed on our streets in crashes that are preventable. The numbers are real. So are the people. 

Our mantra is simple: Death and serious injury should never be a cost of simply getting around our region. Everyone should get home safely. 

To support our work, educate your neighbors, and make your voice heard, consider purchasing lawn signs.
